- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I joined New Street Dental Care today after needing an emergency appointment due to being in pain! I browsed online, looking for a dentist that I could connect with, and I certainly did after reading their website.. I instantly knew that's where I should go! I have a small fear of Dentists, but having now been to Dr Chen I don't think that would have been the case if my previous Dentists had been like him; he is friendly, sympathetic and understanding. He explains everything he's doing, and must importantly doesn't make you feel stupid for being nervous. As soon as you walk in the waiting room the atmosphere is so relaxing, Clarissa on reception was super friendly, and that helps put you at ease. Dr Chen has thought of everything, even down to a small tv above your head whilst you're in the chair, to help distract you. I am certain that finding the courage to go to regular checkups won't be as much of an ordeal for me now I'm with New Street Dental!
