- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Joe, Deputy Store Manager, showed extraordinary customer service towards me when I visited the store for an emergency 50th Birthday photo cake. Being completely computer illiterate, and even though the bakery staff tried to help me, I was at a loss regarding downloading the photo on my IPad. Joe happened to be nearby and immediately took control helping me with the machine, and didn't leave until the cake was ordered and being processed. I also observed his behaviour towards his colleagues and found him to be caring and supportive towards them. I feel Joe went above and beyond, and the kindness he showed can be hard to find these days. I am extremely grateful as the cake was perfect and my Brother was thrilled with it.
